The center or operator pays student enrollment fees or tuition or purchases a contract to access a complete online high school program from profit provider. Commercial online provider(s) refer to programs such as Penn Foster, New Summit, and Griggs Academy. These programs must be accredited by a State Department of Education or regional accrediting body recognized by the United States Department of Education and has met certain educational and operational standards prescribed by that agency. |
