ACFF Educational Assurance

The American Culinary Federation Foundation (ACFF) Educational Assurance recognition process is complete.  Citing excellent program design, delivery, and staff dedication, the American Culinary Federation Foundation (ACFF) has extended Educational Assurance approval to all Job Corps sites offering the national, basic culinary curriculum (65026JA).  Thank you Northlands, Muhlenburg, Potomac, Gainesville, Turner, Cincinnati, Denison, Guthrie, Long Beach, and Treasure Island Job Corps Centers for representing Job Corps Culinary Arts programs so well.  All Centers offering the basic culinary curriculum, see Information Notice 08-01 and the Center List attachment for next steps and more information. 

ServSafe 5th Edition Materials including Spanish Edition

The ServSafe 5th Edition training materials have been released.  If you have not already purchased ServSafe curriculum materials, be sure to obtain the latest edition.  Please refer to the re-issuance of PIN 07-22 for more information.  The 5th Edition materials can be previewed through the ServSafe Web site, www.ServSafe.com/edition5.  The 5th Edition materials will be available in Spanish in July 2008.
